We don't directly serve any customers, and our kitchen is too small for us to have a diversified menu however, we can assured you that you’ll be blown away by our signature Tantan Spicy Miso Ramen or Black Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen. We wanted our ramen to be more affordable, heartier, and tastier than ramen dining, and to top it all off, we wanted to have our ramen delivered quickly to people, which is why we decided to run with a "cloud kitchen". So without hesitation, we jumped right in. “To inspire, connect, and motivate all the young souls out there, by providing Ramen affordably for all ,that is one of the most hottest soul food in Japan ”This has become a mission statement of ours, and it was born from the experience I gained in San Francisco.Īt around the same time, just when indoor business was starting to become more difficult because ofCOVID-19, I came across a ramen chef who was looking for new ways to sell his ramen and was eager to shake up the world of ramen with what he had up in his sleeves. These people tended to be frugal, so they usually just order burgers because they are inexpensive and fast. Of the people I got to hang out with, there were freelancers and potential entrepreneurs. The reason why they don’t have their food delivered is simple: it’s too expensive. Almost all of them buy their cooking ingredients from supermarkets and make their dishes that don't require a lot of cooking in a small, shared kitchen. When I was in San Francisco, I had the opportunity to spend time with young people from all over the world in a shared house. However, after losing my job because ofCOVID-19, I moved to San Francisco, a city I go way back with. I have worked for an izakaya (Japanese style pubs), udon specialty restaurants, and ramen restaurants. I have always wanted to help as many people as possible to learn about Japanese soul food.
